Ian Comyns is the general manager of Exchange Property with expertise in both residential and commercial property management and sales. Over 18 years working in real estate he has assisted hundreds of people to acquire, manage and sell their properties.

Ian says he enjoys every aspect of the business – whether he is assisting clients to prepare their homes for sale, resolving complex building issues, negotiating tenancy agreements or celebrating a successful sale. In particular he enjoys working within the vibrant inner city, which he describes as “a series of small villages encompassing a range of migrant groups, ages and professions”.
