Kris Wardecki joined Exchange Property as financial director, property manager and leasing officer in 2006, having moved to Australia from Poland. A born businessman, Kris established a business importing supplements for athletes at the age of 20 and purchased his first property by the time he was 22.

Kris has always had an appreciation for the building industry and in particular, interior design. In his early days he planned to be a property developer, however instead he has chosen to focus on property management. With dedication and an expert strategic approach he assists property owners to maximise the value of their assets.
